Our modern units at Paulownia Trust are designed to help people with disabilities take meaningful steps towards independent living, while still having access to the right level of support when it’s needed.
With compassionate support and tailored encouragement, we empower individuals to reach their full potential and thrive as active members of their communities.
Units are staffed for required support hours of individuals.
Each of our 4 units have the same layout and are fully insulated and double-glazed. They feature two spacious bedrooms with wet-room en-suites, open-plan living areas, and modern, fully equipped kitchens. A hideaway laundry adds convenience, and partial furnishing helps residents settle in quickly.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live life on their own terms. That’s why we’ve developed a dynamic Supported Living service designed to help people with disabilities build confidence, grow their skills, and take steps toward independent living. Our units are located in a quiet area tucked away down a long driveway and on a back section. We also have cameras installed.
