Starting the journey with Paulownia Trust
Application procedure
1.
Visit us: Get in touch to arrange a visit. Come for dinner, meet our team, and see if Paulownia feels like the right fit for you or your family member.
2.
Apply for funding: You’ll need to apply for funding through NASC, Lifelinks, ACC, or your local District Health Board (DHB). This process confirms eligibility for supported living or residential care.
3.
Referral: Once funding is approved, NASC can make a referral directly to Paulownia Trust.
4.
Vacancy confirmed: When funding and space availability are confirmed, we’ll work with you to plan a smooth transition into your new home or supported living arrangement.
